The MDM Specialist will also ensure that internal controls for master data records are in place and effective.\n Ensure the integrity and accuracy of master data entry in the system without sacrificing timeliness in completing the process.\n Interpret information correctly and able to make sound decisions to support the business while maintaining controls during set up.\n Apply corporate rules and best practices when reviewing requests to identify errors in global data fields and rejects, escalates or remediates errors, if any.\n Create or update existing documentation and training materials related to Master Data Management process.\n Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent quality of data.\n Perform regular review and clean-up of master data.\n Ensure internal controls relating to maintenance of master data are in place and effective.\n Support implementation of master data process improvement initiatives.\n Informing Supervisors of any issues or opportunities with existing customers, such as outdated customer contact information.\n Being the primary contact with the country-based account management team, commercial and other related departments/ / function\n Manage and drive responsibilities to Master Data team, establishing strong relationships with business contacts, and making decisions based on results.\n Perform user acceptance testing on defect resolution and enhancements.\n  Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Business\n 3+ years of professional experience in Master Data Management\n Experience in financial systems (knowledge of Oracle E Business Suite is nice to have)\n Familiarity with MS Excel\n Analytical skills with high focus on the details\n Demonstrate proper attitude in relation to assigned responsibilities\n Able to work independently\n Strong team player\n Good understanding of data structures and
