These calls typically involve scheduling SPSV vehicle inspections, managing booking amendments, and processing payments securely through the CRM system. The successful candidate will be expected to:\nHandle incoming customer calls and provide accurate information, support, or guidance\nFollow approved scripts, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and Data Protection guidelines at all times\nAccurately update customer records and input data into internal systems\nMaintain high customer satisfaction by delivering a professional and courteous service\nCommunicate effectively with internal departments to support efficient issue resolution\nThis is not a definitive list of duties.\n The ideal candidate for this role is someone who has experience in Customer Service oriented roles.\nThe successful candidate should have the following qualifications and experience:\nLeaving certificate and/or FETAC 5 skills certificate\nAt least 1 year of Customer Service Experience\nExcellent communication skills (verbal and written)\nStrong Computer Skills & general PC Proficiency\nProblem-solving abilities\nExcellent communication and people skills are vital to this role\nPrevious Contact Centre experience is an advantage but not essential\nIrish Speaker is an advantage \nTo be considered for this role, you must hold a valid and eligible work permit or visa that authorizes you to work in Ireland.\n At SGS, we believe in rewarding our employees for their hard work and commitment.
