This role is focused on developing, supporting and improving Electronic Data Delivery solutions for business and laboratory-related processes.\nThe successful candidate will work as a true software developer supporting EDD-related systems, with responsibilities across backend development, SQL development, data delivery automation, integrations, validation frameworks, file-based data exchange and data pipeline support.\nThis position requires strong technical development capability as well as a solid understanding of how electronic data is structured, transformed, validated, mapped and delivered to clients. EDD knowledge is a core requirement for the role and should not be treated as optional.\nThe role will also work directly with business users on a regular basis. The ideal candidate must be able to understand business requirements, troubleshoot EDD-related issues, explain technical problems clearly and work independently within a business environment\nKey responsibilities include:\nDevelop, maintain and support Electronic Data Delivery solutions and related systems. \nBuild and troubleshoot backend logic, SQL processes, APIs, file-based integrations and data pipelines. \nSupport data delivery automation, data transformation, structured file exchange and validation workflows. \nWork with structured data formats and ensure accurate data mapping, validation and delivery to clients. \nCollaborate directly with business users to gather requirements, clarify issues and provide technical support. \nTroubleshoot data issues, integration failures, validation errors and delivery-process exceptions. \nContribute to additional software development initiatives when EDD workload allows, supporting broader team flexibility.\n Strong hands-on software development experience. \nDemonstrated experience with Electronic Data Delivery development or support. \nStrong understanding of structured data exchange, file transformation, data mapping, validation and client-facing data delivery processes. \nStrong SQL experience, including query development, stored procedures and troubleshooting data issues. \nExperience with backend services, APIs, file-based integrations, automation, ETL/ELT or data pipeline development. \nAbility to communicate effectively with business users, understand requirements and explain technical issues clearly. \nAbility to work independently in a business-facing technical role. \nPreferred qualifications and experience:\nExperience with C#/.NET;
