We proudly deliver our expert services through the SGS name and a portfolio of trusted specialized brands, including Applied Technical Services, Brightsight, Bluesign and Nutrasource.\n Come with us and be part of a group of experts who are reshaping the digitization of SGS, applying the most recent and innovative technologies.\nIf you have experience in data ingestion, preparation, modelling and serving; If you can find the perfect technology match for customer needs; If you are comfortable developing end-to-end real-time and batch data and BI solutions within the Finance domain; Then we would like to meet you.\nThe Finance Data & BI Developer will be a key member of the Finance Data Delivery Team and will be responsible developing and maintaining data solutions (back and front end) using Snowflake, DBT, Azure Data Factory and Power BI oriented to data management and analytics within the Finance area; with a strong technical knowledge and capable of taking ownership of the design, implementation and testing activities assigned to you while collaborating effectively with other SGS organization colleagues.\nResponsbilities\nImplement data and BI solutions (pipelines, data marts, reporting and visualization) aligned with SGS data governance, standards, and best practices;\nApply Agile methodologies;\nDevelop and maintenance (evolutive, corrective and adaptative) of data and business intelligence projects as data warehouses or data marts;\nApply CI/CD approach to streamline the development workflow;\nOwnership of the activities you will be involved;\nStay up to date with latest data trends by attending events and taking relevant training;\nContribute to the continuous improvement of the SGS Data & BI Framework;\n Hold a Degree, Masters or PhD in Computer Science or equivalent experience.\nExperience of designing, building, delivering and maintaining data solutions.\nExperience working with ERP, EPM and financial data sources\nFocused on delivering an excellent user experience.\nAble to travel based on project requirements. \nGood communications skills, able to clearly communicate with senior stakeholders.\nFluent English.\nSkills\n+4 years of professional experience developing and supporting complex cloud business intelligence solutions;\nAbility to understand business requirements and translate them to Business Intelligence, Datawarehouse or Datamarts.\nExtensive experience in data modeling with a special focus on dimensional modeling and OLAP engines;\nGood functional understanding of financial data, processes and rules.\n Deep knowledge of Snowflake, DBT, Azure Data Factory and Power BI; Proficient in SQL language\nExtensive experience working with Power BI, including DAX language;\nCI/CD through Azure DevOps/ GitHub and Visual Studio;\nAbility to write clear and well-structured technical documentation using DevOps central document repository.
