This includes coordinating internal resources and third parties, managing risks, and ensuring project goals are met while maintaining high-quality standards in line with internal PM framework and best practice. The role will primarily focus on global finance transformation initiatives, including finance transitions, shared services integration, process standardization, compliance-driven projects, ERP/Oracle implementations, automation, and continuous improvement programs. This role assumes you will be able to manage projects using different methodologies depending on the project type and nature.\nResponsibilities\n1. Project Planning & Initiation:\nDefine project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and success criteria.\nCreate detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation.\nIdentify and apply the right PM methodology depending on the type of the project (software integration, transition, process optimization etc.)\n2. Execution & Monitoring:\nLead cross-functional project teams to deliver on milestones.\nMonitor project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.\nEnsure quality standards and compliance with project governance.\n3. Stakeholders Management:\nServe as the main point of contact for stakeholders.\nCommunicate project updates, risks, and issues to key stakeholders and executives.\nFacilitate regular status meetings and reports.\n4. Risk & Issue Management:\nIdentify, track, and mitigate project risks and issues.\nDevelop contingency plans and escalate when needed.\n5. Budget & Resource Management:\nManage project budgets and track expenditures.\nEnsure resources are effectively allocated and optimized.\n6. Documentation & Reporting:\nMaintain comprehensive project documentation (e.g., charters, plans, logs).\nProvide reports and post-project evaluations to inform future projects.\n7. Change Management Support:\nPartner with change and L&D teams to ensure stakeholder readiness and adoption in the region\n9. Tool & System Stewardship:\nEnsure correct usage of project management tools (e.g. MS Project, Kanbanize, Service Now)\n10.
