  • fachliche und disziplinarische Führungsverantwortung; übergreifend für alle Teams der Standorte der Region Nord
  • Budget- und Kostenverantwortung (P&L) für das Service-Center Nord
  • Betreuung der Groß- und Schlüsselkunden, Koordination interner und externer Ressourcen an den Standorten, sowie Beobachtung von Markt und Wettbewerb
  • Gewährleistung der Einhaltung von Qualitäts- und Integritätsstandards, von Gesetzen, Arbeits- und Gesundheitsschutzrichtlinien
  • stetige Optimierung interner Prozesse und Strukturen
  • abgeschlossenes Ingenieursstudium oder technische Berufsausbildung oder vergleichbar
  • mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der zerstörungsfreien Werkstoffprüfung
  • erste Erfahrung in der fachlichen und disziplinarischen Mitarbeiterführung ist von Vorteil
  • betriebswirtschaftliche Kenntnisse und hohe Kunden- und Serviceorientierung wünschenswert
  • strukturierte Herangehensweise und sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
