- Maintain a continuous improvement of technical competences in the office
- Technical development of new services
- Checking the result after technician finish.
- Ensure the result is correct per client's requirement
- Confirm and communication by email to CS.
- Understand and know how to use the machine in HLL.
- Release the result within TAT.
- Clarify all information from WO prior perform the test.Double check on test assignment vs sample.
- Clarify unclear information of testing program with KAM
- Coorporation and support all team members
- Control sample in & out daily.
- Follow up outstanding list with technician daily
- Support for training and development to expand the lab capacibility.
- Follow and release PT sample within failure limitation percentage (2.5%).
- Other duties upon requested
- College or above
- At least 2 years of experience in TIC industry
- Good communication skills
- Good in English and Ms Office
- Good in management Skill
- Good in presentation skill
