You will lead discovery, challenge assumptions, align stakeholders and help autonomous squads understand the outcomes they must deliver.\nYou will be embedded in Product & Engineering and work across business analysis, product discovery and delivery preparation. You will establish analysis standards, support other analysts and collaborate closely with Squad Leads, developers, Quality Assurance, program management and business stakeholders.\nResponsibilities\nLead product discovery and business analysis for complex digital products, workflows and transformation initiatives.\nPlan and facilitate interviews, workshops and collaborative discovery sessions with business, customer and technology stakeholders.\nElicit, analyze and challenge requirements, assumptions, constraints, risks and dependencies before work enters delivery.\nTranslate business outcomes into clear epics, features, user stories, process models, business rules and testable acceptance criteria.\nBrief squads, prepare work for sprint planning and support refinement, estimation and prioritization.\nPartner with Squad Leads and Quality Assurance to ensure acceptance criteria are understood, measurable and covered by an appropriate validation approach.\nTake responsibility for testing readiness and coordinate with the Quality Assurance Lead to define test scenarios, support execution, review results and ensure identified defects are addressed.\nValidate delivered outcomes with stakeholders and feed findings, defects and recurring operational issues back into the product backlog.\nMap current and future-state processes and identify opportunities for simplification, automation, responsible AI use and data-driven decisions.\nEstablish reusable templates, quality standards and working practices for business analysis and product discovery.\n 6+ years of business analysis, product discovery or digital product delivery experience.\nDemonstrated experience leading analysis for complex software products, platforms or transformation programs.\nStrong facilitation, requirements elicitation, stakeholder management and conflict-resolution skills.\nProven ability to write high-quality user stories, acceptance criteria, business rules, workflows and supporting documentation.\nExperience modelling IT systems, system interactions and behaviors to clarify requirements and support solution design.\nExperience using AI-assisted tools to draft, refine and validate requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria while applying appropriate human review and governance.\nHands-on experience using Jira and Confluence to manage requirements, backlogs, traceability and delivery documentation.\nExperience applying Agile methodologies while balancing iterative delivery with appropriate project management discipline and governance frameworks, working closely with developers, Quality Assurance and product or program leaders.\nStrong analytical ability and confidence challenging assumptions while maintaining constructive stakeholder relationships.\nAbility to connect strategic objectives with measurable product outcomes and delivery-ready work.\nProfessional fluency in English and confidence working with internationally distributed colleagues.\nPreferred Skills\nExperience acting as a lead, mentor or practice owner for Business Analysts.\nExperience with B2B SaaS, sustainability, manufacturing, supply chains, chemical data, assessment or compliance products.\nExperience with process modelling, service design, data analysis and product management techniques.\nFamiliarity with Scrum, Kanban, OKRs and modern product operating models.\nExperience identifying practical automation and AI-assisted opportunities while respecting governance and risk controls.\n Why SGS and
