login clerk at SGS Randfontein.\nSPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES\nResponsibility to log received samples into the SLIMS using work orders from the client.\nResponsibility to print sample labels.\nResponsibility to ensure samples are sorted correctly before labeling and boxing the samples.\nResponsibility for following all quality directives of this Department.\nResponsibility to bring all problems (technical and managerial) to the attention of the Senior Administration and Logistics Supervisor\nResponsibility to adhere to all quality, health, and safety rules and regulations.\nResponsibility to ensure that the housekeeping in the receiving area is in order.\nComply with and conform to the Laboratory Quality Management System (ISO17025).\nReport immediately any equipment that is not functioning correctly to the Logistics Supervisor\nResponsible for working in other areas and/or Divisions if asked to do so.\nAdhere to all quality and safety requirements of the SGS management system.\nPerform any other reasonable tasks as assigned by the direct line manager.\nEducation\nMinimum Grade 12.\n\nExperience\nCompetent in logging samples and working with CClas.\nAble to interact with clients, personally or via e-mail.\n\nREQUIRED SKILLS\nExcellent communication skills with good written and spoken English\nStrong experience with SLIMS\nGood Analytical Skills\nAbility to work well under pressure and tight timelines\nAbility to prioritize activities and be flexible to adjust to a variety of situations\nBasic knowledge of Microsoft Office\nCOMPLIANCE & AUTHORITY\nCease the use of any equipment that may be deemed to constitute a safety hazard or entry to hazardous environments without the necessary knowledge and protection, and take action to address the hazard.\nCease to carry on with work that may affect the quality (integrity) of services and take action to address the issue.\nInitiate a formal improvement request when a deviation of the system occurs, possible improvements are identified, or when nonconformity is
