The successful candidate will lead the delivery of new packaging line projects from design through commissioning, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead the end-to-end delivery of new packaging line installation projects.\nManage equipment suppliers and OEMs through design, FAT, installation, SAT, commissioning, and startup phases.\nCoordinate site execution activities, contractors, and key stakeholders.\nDrive project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management activities.\nMonitor project progress and ensure compliance with quality, safety, and operational standards.\nSupport packaging line performance ramp-up and operational readiness.\nManage project documentation, reporting, and stakeholder communications.\nCollaborate with engineering, operations, maintenance, quality, and supply chain teams.\nEnsure successful handover of projects to site operations.\n Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Project Management, Manufacturing, or a related discipline.\nSignificant experience managing packaging line installation and capital projects within FMCG, food, beverage, dairy, or consumer goods manufacturing environments.\nProven experience managing OEMs, suppliers, contractors, and commissioning teams.\nStrong understanding of FAT, SAT, equipment installation, commissioning, and startup processes.\nExperience with budget control, project scheduling, and risk management.\nAbility to work hands-on in a live manufacturing environment.\nStrong stakeholder management and communication skills.\nFluency in English is mandatory.\nPreferred Experience\nDairy, food, beverage, or FMCG manufacturing projects.\nHigh-speed packaging lines.\nFactory expansion or modernization projects.\nBrownfield manufacturing environments.\nMulti-million-dollar capital investment
