The role is based in Notting Hill and has the potential to work from home on selected days. Which will be negotiated with the successful applicant.\nResponsibilities include, however, not limited to:\nTo deliver high-quality contract administration management services provided to the SGS Business in Australia by the Legal Department. \nUndertaking legal reviews of customer contracts and coordinating departures and feedback with key stakeholders and negotiating contract terms directly with customers\nManaging our Contracts Lifecycle Management system legal interface including managing intake coordination, assigning tasks and assisting with AI integration.\nManaging the drafting and coordination of NDAs with the SGS business in Australia, New Zealand and PNG\nDrafting and negotiating SGS template contracts and variations with stakeholders in the business and customers\nCoordinating escalation of contract issues to Legal Counsel and Head of Legal\nMonitoring contract performance and compliance with internal stakeholders, suppliers, subcontractors and other stakeholders\nResolving contract issues in dispute together with Legal Counsel and/or Head of Legal\nAttending to approvals and execution of contracts (DocuSign and wet ink)\nAssist Head of Legal and Legal Counsel with any other duties relevant to the position and skills at the discretion of Head of Legal or Legal Counsel including but not limited to:\nAdministering the single point triage work intake system\nManaging and tracking insurance review\nAssisting Legal Counsel with Corporate Secretarial services and searches\nUpdating and managing of Legal SharePoint and OneNote internal management systems\nLegal research, if required.\nUpdating legal information and policies on SharePoint and provide training , where required\nManaging meetings and appointments.\nFiling and document management\n To be successful in this role you must have:\nMinimum 10 years’ experience in a paralegal or similar legal support role\n\nStrong experience managing contracts and legal documentation\n\nExcellent organisational and stakeholder management skills\n\nHigh attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities\n\nProficient in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and legal systems\n\nKnowledge of CLM, Docusign\n\nKnowledge of AI - Legora, Harvey or Co Pilot and willingness to learn and integrate it\n\nAbility to work to deadlines\n WHY WORK FOR SGS?\nWorking at SGS means joining an innovative, Global company.
