Responsabilidades Específicas

  • Elaboración y depuración de Conciliaciones Bancarias.
  • Revisión y análisis de los archivos planos generados por Recursos humanos en el aplicativo de nomina.
  • Elaboración de la conciliación de nomina.
  • Establecer las diferencias entre el paquete contable (SUN) y el aplicativo de nomina y elaborar los diarios de ajuste correspondientes.
  • Verificar que los registros por concepto de seguridad social son iguales a los pagados a las diferentes entidades mensualmente.
  • Realizar los arqueos de caja menor mensualmente.
  • Responsable del registro de notas de ajuste y la contabilización de la depreciación
  • Revisión, control y registro de amortizaciones. Así como de los inventarios.
  • Contabilización de la interface de nómina
  • Análisis y conciliación de las cuentas de Balance y de PyG
  • Responsable de la contabilización de documentos contables.
  • Registro de las provisiones de ingreso y gasto mensual que requiera la operación.
  • Registro de las IDN que se generen mensualmente.
  • Registro y conciliación de los almacenes generado desde el aplicativo correspondiente.
  • Revisión de las sesiones de cartera e ingresos generados mensualmente.
  • Cálculo y registro de la diferencia en cambio de las operaciones en moneda extranjera que se presentan mensualmente.
  • Contabilización y análisis de los estados financieros de los consorcios y sus consorciados.
  • Conciliación cuentas consorcios y sus consorciados.
  • Apoyo en la elaboración y presentación de impuestos nacionales. Así como en la elaboración y transmisión de información financiera a Supersociedades.
  • Apoyo en la elaboración información exógena para la DIAN de la compañía y Consolidada
  • Suministro de información para elaboración de reportes que se deben presentar a la región y a casa matriz.

Perfil

Formación académica: Estudiante de últimos semestres, Tecnólogo o profesional en Contaduría.

Experiencia: Tres (3) años de experiencia en el área.

Idiomas: Ingles Básico
