laboratory\nExcellent oral and written communication skills in English and at least good skills in German\n Successfully completed study (university or college of higher education) in biology, biochemistry, or any related subject, PhD is an advantage\nA minimum of 2-3 years practical experience in running cell based and/or immunological assays\nProven track record in a GMP-regulated environment is an advantage\nHigh degree of self-motivation, commitment, and flexibility to provide pro-active interactions with our clients\nIndependently and efficient way of working and willingness to take over management tasks\nTeam player and leader\nHigh degree of analytical thinking and good organizational skills\nVery good user IT skills (MS Office, LIMS databases)\nAccurate and timely organization and execution of all experimental work with consistent high quality\nClear and transparent communication skills\nExemplary organization of laboratory work and management of lab
