If you're organized, analytical, and passionate about driving continuous improvement through efficient processes and transparent communication, we'd love to hear from you.\nCoordinate and execute quality assurance and quality control activities, serving as the primary point of contact for QA/QC inquiries and escalations\nReceive and acknowledge quality inspection requests within established service level agreements, ensuring all necessary documentation and scope requirements are clearly understood\nLoad and manage quality control jobs within designated systems for allocation to appropriate resources or internal execution\nSource, contact, and confirm availability of qualified QA/QC resources based on location, expertise, and project requirements\nPrepare and submit quality control proposals and documentation to clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance with contractual requirements\nExpedite receipt of quality reports and inspection documentation within customer-defined timelines, typically 24-48 hours\nReview all quality reports and inspection findings to ensure customer requirements are met before final submission\nImmediately notify relevant stakeholders of any critical non-conformances and ensure urgent findings are communicated promptly\nManage billing quantities, rates, and invoicing processes, ensuring accuracy and alignment with agreed customer templates\nMaintain comprehensive records and documentation in compliance with established quality procedures and organizational policies\nContribute innovative ideas to enhance efficiency through technology adoption and process digitalization\nEnsure compliance with organizational quality assurance procedures, health and safety policies, and professional conduct standards\nMaintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment\n **Experience**\nMinimum 3-5 years of experience in quality assurance, quality control, or inspection coordination\nProven experience in reviewing and summarizing technical quality requirements and contractual specifications\nOver 3 years previos experience in laboratory and/or minerals operations is required\nPrevios experience with ISO/IEC 17025 requirements is preferred \nPrevious experience sourcing, assessing, and managing quality control resources and inspectors\nDemonstrated understanding of quality processes, vendor management, and inspection methodologies\nExperience working with multiple stakeholders across different time zones\n**Education & Certifications**\nMust have: A minimum of a BSc degree (or equivalent) \nMust have: Business-grade English language proficiency (C1 level)\n Desirable: ISO 17025 Quality Management System (QMS) Internal Auditor certification\n Must have: ISO 9001 Quality Management System (QMS) Internal Auditor certification\nDesirable: Technical qualifications in quality assurance or related disciplines\n**Skills & Knowledge (Essential)**\nHighly organized with exceptional ability to prioritize multiple requirements and manage competing deadlines\nStrong verbal and written communication skills with confidence in engaging with clients and team members\nAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel;
