Working closely with clients, laboratory teams, Quality Assurance, and Production, you'll ensure projects are delivered on time, in compliance with GMP requirements, and to the highest quality standards.\n Key responsibilities include:\nLead and manage QC laboratory operations, ensuring testing, documentation, and projects are delivered safely, compliantly, and on schedule.\nAct as a key client contact, supporting project delivery, hosting audits, and maintaining strong customer relationships.\nOversee GMP, QMS, Data Integrity, Health & Safety, and regulatory compliance across all QC activities.\nManage, develop, and mentor QC scientists and laboratory personnel, ensuring high performance, competency, and engagement.\nDrive continuous improvement initiatives, investigations, CAPAs, and quality enhancements to support operational excellence.\n This role is ideal for an experienced pharmaceutical quality professional who enjoys leading teams, working closely with clients, and driving quality, compliance, and continuous improvement within a fast-paced GMP laboratory environment.\nWhat We're Looking For\nSignificant experience working within a pharmaceutical GMP Quality Control laboratory environment.\nPrevious leadership, supervisory, or management experience within a laboratory setting.\nStrong knowledge of GMP, Quality Management Systems (QMS), Data Integrity, and pharmaceutical regulatory requirements.\nExcellent communication, organisational, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.\nExperience managing client relationships, quality investigations, deviations, and CAPA activities.\nIdeal Backgrounds\nQC Manager, Quality Control Manager, Laboratory Manager, Pharmaceutical Laboratory Manager, Analytical Laboratory Manager, QC Team Leader, Quality Assurance & Control Manager, or Senior QC Scientist seeking their next leadership opportunity.\n At SGS, we believe in rewarding our employees for their hard work and commitment.
