Je zorgt voor een warme, professionele ontvangst en ondersteunt onze Facility Services-afdeling met administratieve en organisatorische taken. Samen met een ervaren collega vorm je een hecht team dat instaat voor een vlotte werking van de receptie en het hoofdkantoor.\nWat ga je doen?\nJe ontvangt bezoekers, leveranciers en medewerkers op een vriendelijke en professionele manier.\nJe beheert de telefooncentrale, algemene mailboxen, post- en pakketverwerking en diverse registraties.\nJe ondersteunt het facility team met administratieve taken en opvolging van procedures.\nJe bewaakt de orde, netheid en professionaliteit aan de receptie.\nJe denkt actief mee over verbeteringen en draagt bij aan een klantgerichte werking van het hoofdkantoor.\n We zoeken een collega die energie krijgt van mensen helpen, structuur brengen en een professionele uitstraling neerzetten.\nJe herkent jezelf in het volgende:\nActief en leergierig -
