The SBA works alongside with the business and functions stakeholders to improve their processes and systems. He/she understands the business and is responsible for assessing needs and resolve Incidents and requests coming from multiple stakeholders. The SBA also assesses the impact across business lines, functions and solutions, is responsible for translating them into documented requirements and can support their prioritization.\nThe SBA follows agreed standards and applies appropriate techniques to analyse and document applications and business requirements, feed backlog, create epics, user stories, high level and detailed functional designs, define acceptance criteria, review and validate testing plans and oversee UAT. He/she works with the technical teams to ensure the specifications are properly understood and supports the creation of training materials when needed and the development of the knowledge base of application features.\nProvide 2nd or 3rd Level Support as required working closely with outsourcer of application support for escalated or urgent issues which require high-level of expertise. \nCollaborate with Implementation, Solution Architect, Delivery and Outsourcer of Application Support for any initiative that will require Support engagement. \nAttend internal and external service meetings (when required) to discuss escalated issues and improvement plans. \nPartner with outsourcer of application support to improve relationships, monitor performance and quality of services. \nMonitor escalated issues closely and assist outsourcer in resolving them according to applicable escalation procedure. \nCreate and foster strong relationships with business, management, technical partners and external service providers. \nPerform regular service quality checks on incident tickets and requests by the outsourcer of application and discuss service issues and improvement plans. \nParticipate in management meetings, project meetings, and focus group meetings to provide feedback, ideas and increase level of engagement. \nWhen required, facilitate and guide outsourcer testing activities such as unit testing, regression testing and user acceptance. \nEngage with the business and functions stakeholders to identify and understand needs. \nConduct meetings and prepare presentations to share ideas and findings. \nIdentify needs, perform requirements analysis and impact assessment, and document the requirements. Support the organization on prioritization of requirements. \nDeliver functional design documentation using the appropriate format and approach or review the functional design delivered by third parties when needed. \nDefine user acceptance test approach and oversee the user acceptance test execution. \nSupport deployment/rollout plans. \n Bachelor’s degree and/or master’s with relevant IT or Computer science background. \nHigh Level Degree or equivalent in Computer Science or related subject \nMinimum 3-5 years’ experience in Oracle EBS R12 on any of the following processes: \nOrder to Cash (O2C) \nRecord to Reporting (R2R) \nProcure to Pay (P2P) \nSupply Chain \nExperience Oracle Fusion Cloud is desirable \nStrong experience in supporting testing activities including unit testing, regression and user acceptance testing.
