By building a strong working relationship with our clients and our technical staff, the Client Services Coordinator guide the successful completion of clients' projects from first contact, through the lab (analytical details & status), to final deliverables and invoicing. The Sr. Client Services Coordinator is a thought leader for the Minerals team, has the most experience, handles the largest clients/ projects, and leads special projects and programs to enhance customer satisfaction and business processes.\nAnswers questions and assists clients with method and equipment selection to fit project needs based on technical knowledge of method limitations, field conditions, analytical compatibility, etc.\nWorks with clients to resolve disputes to the satisfaction of both parties, including reduction in fees, free shipping, etc.\nTroubleshoots sampling issues, including equipment malfunction and sampling setup errors.\nEnters orders for supplies to ship to clients for sample collection.\nActs as the client liaison to the laboratory to ensure all aspects of the project are carried out in the best interest of the client and the laboratory.\nProvides quotes and reviews invoice pricing for sample submissions.\nPerforms other duties as assigned.\n Technical Bachelor’s degree, Diploma or equivalent in Chemistry, or a related field required. \nMinimum of 5 years’ relevant experience in a client services role or direct laboratory experience required. \nAdheres to internal standards, policies and procedures.\nPromotes a positive working atmosphere and represent SGS in a positive manner inside and outside of the laboratory.\n Salary: $27 to $29 per hour\nSome benefit highlights:\n80% coverage Health, Dental and Vision \nPaid time off\nRRSP Program Eligibility \nSGS is an Equal Opportunity Employer, and as such we recruit, hire, train, and promote persons in all job classifications without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability, age, marital status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression and Indigenous status, or any other characteristics protected by law.\nTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily with or without reasonable accommodations.
