Guides and manages provision of Human Resources services, policies, and programs within assigned business unit(s) in US and Canada. Partners with Human Resources team on practices and objectives that provide an employee-oriented, high-performance culture with emphasis on integrity, empowerment, quality, productivity, standards and goal attainment.\nDevelops, implements and enforces employment policies, procedures, methods, and guidelines to align the workforce with the strategic goals of the company.\nDevelops and implements human resources strategies and programs that promote an employee-oriented company culture with emphasis on integrity, quality, continuous improvement, and high performance.\nProvides guidance and expertise in the areas of employee relations and retention, AA/EEO compliance, labor relations and talent management.\nPartner with VP, HR Business Partnering and Projects on M&A projects.\nDirects Human Resources Business Partners for assigned lines of business. Plans, monitors, and appraises staff job contributions; determines customer-service strategies, resolving problems and implementing change.\nGuides management and employee actions, provides human resources advice, counsel, and decisions.\nOperates as a strategic and solutions-oriented business partner across the organization. Develops relationships and promotes partnerships with employees, management and external resources.\nEnsures compliance with federal, state, and local legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation; anticipating legislation; enforcing adherence to requirements; advising management on needed actions.\nTeam member for planning and executing NAM HR strategic projects.
