We proudly deliver our expert services through the SGS name and a portfolio of trusted specialized brands, including Applied Technical Services, Brightsight, Bluesign and Nutrasource.\n As a Senior Microsoft Dynamics Developer, you will play a key role in the design, development, customization, and evolution of SGS’s Dynamics 365 platform and related business applications.\nYou will contribute to solution architecture decisions, ensure high-quality implementations, and promote scalable, secure, and maintainable enterprise solutions.\nThis role requires strong ownership, deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365, a solid end-to-end technical vision, and the ability to proactively enhance our platforms, integrations, and development standards.\nWhat You Will Do\nDesign, develop, customize, and maintain solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Customer Engagement / CRM).\nConfigure and extend Dynamics using plugins, workflows, Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate), and custom integrations.\nContribute to solution architecture and technical design decisions across the Dynamics ecosystem and integrated applications.\nDevelop and maintain integrations between Dynamics 365 and external systems using APIs, Azure services, and middleware.\nImprove and maintain CI/CD pipelines, deployment processes, and DevOps practices for Dynamics environments.\nOptimize and modernize existing Dynamics implementations, reducing technical debt and improving scalability and performance.\nEnsure system reliability through monitoring, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement.\nCollaborate closely with business stakeholders, functional consultants, architects, and cross-functional teams in an agile environment.\n Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.\n5+ years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM and/or ERP) development. \nStrong experience with C#, .NET, JavaScript, and Dynamics SDK/customization tools.\nHands-on experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse).\nExperience with Azure services (Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus) for integrations.\nSolid understanding of software architecture, security best practices, and DevOps.\nProven experience across the full software development lifecycle (SDLC).\nExperience with Azure DevOps, Git, and CI/CD pipelines for Dynamics deployments.\nFluent in English and comfortable working in a global, multicultural environment.\nNice to Have\nExperience with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) or dual-write integrations.\nKnowledge of Power BI for reporting and analytics.\nExperience with legacy Dynamics CRM versions or migrations to Dynamics 365.\nFamiliarity with front-end frameworks (e.g., Angular) for portal or integrated UI development.\nMicrosoft certifications in Dynamics 365 or Power Platform.\n Why SGS?\nJoin a globally recognized and stable company, a leader in the Testing, Inspection, and Certification (TIC) industry.\nEnjoy a flexible schedule and a hybrid work model.\nAccess continuous learning opportunities through SGS University and Campus.\nCollaborate in a multinational environment with colleagues from various continents.\nApply Now:\nAt SGS, we are committed to fostering an open, friendly, and supportive culture that thrives on teamwork.
