These full-time, permanent roles report directly to the Field Service Supervisor.\nIf you enjoy hands-on problem solving, practical technical work, and using your initiative, this role offers an excellent opportunity to build a rewarding career.\nFull training will be provided to successful candidates.\n What You’ll Do\nIn this varied, site-based role, you will:\nDevelop strong knowledge of process gas testing, customer requirements, and industry practices\nGain full competency in SGS GAS procedures, testing standards, and analysis methods\nTravel to customer sites to conduct gas analysis testing and retrieve samples for laboratory analysis\nService, troubleshoot, and calibrate gas analysis equipment\nProvide technical support and guidance to customers\nComplete accurate, high-quality testing and service reports\nFollow SGS data integrity policies and uphold ISO 17025 and customer requirements\nSupport continuous improvement by identifying root causes of issues and contributing to quality documentation\nDemonstrate a positive, proactive approach aligned with SGS values and company culture\n(This is not a definitive list of duties.)\n What We’re Looking For\nQualifications\nA 3rd-level qualification in a relevant field OR\n2+ years’ experience in a technical, mechanical, scientific, or field-based role\nFull Drivers Licence\n Key Attributes\nStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills\nSomeone who uses initiative and applies practical, common-sense thinking\nCustomer-focused mindset\nOrganised and detail-oriented\nClear, confident communicator\nHigh level of integrity and professionalism\nAble to work both independently and collaboratively\nMotivated, punctual, reliable, and committed to high-quality work\nWhy Join Us?\n Full training provided -
