Portfolio Data & Reporting\nConsolidate and analyze portfolio data across multiple global initiatives\nProduce regular portfolio reports and performance insights\nMaintain and update Power BI dashboards for benefits tracking\nProvide data-driven recommendations to support decision-making\n2. Portfolio Governance & Repository Management\nManage the central portfolio repository (SharePoint / shared drives)\nMaintain governance templates, frameworks, and documentation\nCoordinate portfolio review cycles and prepare reporting materials\nTrack actions and ensure follow-up with stakeholders\nSupport onboarding of new initiatives into the portfolio\n3. Benefits Tracking & Performance Monitoring\nMaintain benefits tracking across all initiatives\nMonitor planned vs. actual performance in collaboration with stakeholders\nIdentify and escalate variances and risks\n4. Executive Presentation Support\nDevelop and refine executive-level presentations\nStructure clear, compelling narratives for senior stakeholders\nIterate quickly based on leadership feedback\n5.
