The GBS team in the Philippines provides operational support to international affiliates.\n Primary Responsibilities\nReport editor Specialist is responsible to prepare accurate, detailed, and timely test reports by reviewing all test documentation, validating information, adding technical observations, and ensuring reports meet EFBE’s quality standards.\nSpecific Responsibilities:\nAt all times, complies with SGS Code of Integrity and Professional Conduct.\nReview original test orders, laboratory records, protocols, photographs, and all supporting documentation to ensure completeness and accuracy.\nAssess plausibility, identify and challenge inconsistencies, and proactively request any missing information.\nPrepare draft test reports using standardized templates from the approved catalogue.\nIncorporate relevant observations and technical details as required to ensure clarity and accuracy.\nSubmit draft reports for review by the Project Engineer or Laboratory Manager.\nRevise and finalize documentation in line with the feedback received.\nUphold strict standards of confidentiality, impartiality, and compliance in accordance with ISO/IEC 17025 and SGS guidelines.\nBe knowledgeable and compliant with SGS procedures and standards.\nBuilds and maintains strong working relationships.\nComplies to all SGS QHSE and HR policies and procedures.\n Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or equivalent educational background and experience.\nRequiring C1 English fluency or better.\nPrior experience or strong exposure to bicycle and/or e-bike technology.\nFamiliarity with MS Word-based documentation and structured reporting templates.\nExperience in quality assurance, testing environments, or laboratory documentation is a plus.\nAbility to work independently, challenge ambiguous information, and communicate clearly with the engineering team.\n Required Skills:\nTechnical background preferably in consumer products.\nHighly organised and a proven ability to meet deadlines\nExcellent organisational, time management, and prioritisation skills.\nAbility to communicate at all levels internally and externally\nCalm and controlled under pressure, confident in decision-making, able to work independently.\nStrong IT skills\nKeen to learn and take a proactive approach to expand own knowledge\nApproachable and flexible, a team player and leader.\nDesirable:\nExcellent command of the English language (written and verbal).\nStrong understanding of bicycle and e-bike technology, components, terminology, and test procedures.\nExceptional attention to detail and accuracy.\nAbility to interpret handwritten lab notes, technical protocols, and image-based evidence.\nStrong organization and documentation skills.\n Hybrid work arrangement may differ depending on affiliate country, should be amenable to be onsite for 2 to 6
