Responsabilidades Específicas

  • Generación y seguimiento de solicitudes de órdenes de compra cuando IT y otros sectores lo requieran.
  • Coordinación con proveedores directos de IT para el oportuno envío de pre-facturas y facturas.
  • Coordinación con los diferentes equipos de IT para que el proceso de compra sea cada vez más claro, esto es, evangelizar para que en cada solicitud se entregue todo lo necesario (centro de costo, sector, filial, cotización, etc) para generar una solicitud libre de errores.
  • Encargada de cada mes realizar el proceso de cierre y velar que cuadre todo financieramente dentro de los sistemas internos (QIT, Acepta, Power Bi y P&L)

Formación académica:

Profesional en Administración de Empresas, Ingeniería industrial, Finanzas y negocios internacionales.

Experiencia: Mínimo un año de experiencia en compras de bienes y servicios IT.

Conocimientos técnicos:

  • Conocimiento en Metodologías agiles.
  • Excel intermedio

Idiomas: No aplica.

Horario: Lunes a viernes

Modalidad: Presencial inicialmente. Posteriormente presenta opción de migrar a un modelo hibrido.

Salario: 2.200.000 COP

Contrato obra o labor por 6 meses inicialmente. Opción de pasar con contrato indefinido de acuerdo a desempeño.
