This role will work closely with the OD & Talent\nDevelopment team, reporting directly to the HR Director.\nDevelop and implement total rewards strategies and programs that reflect the company's objectives and values.\nAdminister compensation and benefits programs, including maintaining salary structures, tracking incentives, managing health and wellness initiatives, and retirement benefits.\nConduct competitive analysis to ensure the competitiveness of the company's compensation and\nbenefits offerings in the labor market.\nPrepare compensation and benefits data for market benchmarking and internal equity studies.\nAdminister core and ad hoc TR processes, including annual salary reviews, bonus cycles, and the\nimplementation of career architecture.\nGenerate data analysis and reporting to evaluate the effectiveness of total rewards programs and other HR initiatives, providing insights for improvement. Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports on key TR metrics, leveraging data to provide insights into program effectiveness.\nDesign, build, and maintain interactive dashboards (PowerBI) to visualize key Total Rewards data.\nCreate and maintain a centralized repository for all TR documentation, including policy documents,\nsalary structures, and job descriptions.\nHRIS Subject Matter Expertise: Act as the SME for Total Rewards data within the HRIS.\nCollaborate with other HR teams and leadership teams to promote a cohesive and inclusive work\nenvironment\nAssist in crafting and delivering effective communication strategies to educate employees on total\nrewards topics, fostering transparency and understanding.\nConduct regular audits to ensure the accuracy and integrity of all TR data and records.\nStay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes related to compensation, benefits, and\nworkplace culture, ensuring compliance and adaptability to evolving standards and practices.\nParticipate in initiatives aimed at enhancing employee engagement, job satisfaction, and cultivating a positive workplace culture.\nMinimum of 5 years, solid experience in Total Rewards/Compensation & Benefits strategies and HR\nAnalytics reporting.\nStrong experience in compensation benchmarking, benefits design, and job evaluation.\nExperience in creating and implementing total rewards programs\nExperience in a BPO, Shared Services, Tech, or other fast-moving industry.\nExperience handling a headcount of at least 1,000 employees\nKnowledge of audit standards.\nStrong and solid understanding in compensation benchmarking, benefits design, and job evaluation.\nPage 2 of 2\nAdvanced proficiency in reporting, data visualization, and dashboard creation (specifically PowerBI).\nAdvanced proficiency in generating business driven excel reports and power point presentations\nAnalytical abilities to interpret data and contribute to program enhancements.
