It operates a network of over 2,000 offices and laboratories around the world.\n We are seeking an experienced Workers’ Compensation Manager to help develop and implement a consistent global approach to workers’ compensation and injury management for a customer with activities in many countries. This role will advise the Occupational Health and Safety team during an upcoming global RFP for a workers’ compensation case management supplier and will manage the selected provider following implementation.\nThe successful candidate will bring deep U.S. workers’ compensation expertise, experience working within a multinational organization, and the ability to standardize programs across countries where practical. This role will be part of the North America team with significant responsibility for global workers’ compensation operations.\nKey Responsibilities\nDevelop a consistent global strategy and operating approach for workers’ compensation programs.\nAdvise and support the Occupational Health and Safety team during a global RFP for a workers’ compensation case management supplier.\nSupport supplier requirements, evaluation, selection, procurement, and implementation activities.\nManage the selected supplier, including performance, service quality, relationships, and ongoing program improvements.\nEstablish policies, governance structures, and operational processes that promote global consistency while accommodating country-specific requirements.\nOversee workers’ compensation claims, case management, and return-to-work practices.\nAnalyze claims data, program costs, and performance trends to identify opportunities to improve outcomes.\nAdvise senior leaders on workers’ compensation, disability management, and employee recovery programs.\nPartner with internal stakeholders and external claims administrators, case management providers, insurers, and brokers.\n 8+ years of workers’ compensation program management experience.\nSignificant experience managing workers’ compensation claims, case management vendors, and return-to-work programs.\nDeep knowledge of U.S. workers’ compensation programs and regulatory requirements.\nExperience working within a multinational organization or supporting global workers’ compensation programs.\nExperience developing policies, governance structures, and operating frameworks for injury management programs.\nExperience leading vendor selection, procurement support, implementation, and supplier performance management.\nStrong supplier, contract, and relationship management capabilities.\nAbility to evaluate program performance through claims data, metrics, trend analysis, and reporting.\nStrong consulting and advisory skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders across functions and regions.\nExcellent program management, process improvement, and executive-level communication skills.\nInternational workers’ compensation experience is preferred.
