In this role, you will:\nCreate warm, memorable customer experiences through phone, email, and online support\n\nAnswer inbound calls with a friendly, confident, and professional demeanor\n\nAccurately process orders while thoughtfully recommending complementary products\n\nActively listen to customers’ project goals and offer helpful, knowledgeable guidance\n\nResolve questions or concerns with empathy, clarity, and sound judgment\n\nRecognize when an issue needs escalation to ensure the best outcome\n\nMaintain accurate order details and documentation within our systems\n\nSupport our operations and fulfillment teams during slower call periods\n\nContribute to a collaborative, positive team environment\n\nThis is a dynamic role where no two days are exactly the same- and where your ability to connect, think critically, and serve others truly makes a difference.\nWhat Makes You a Great Fit\nYou might be the ideal candidate if you:\nCommunicate clearly, professionally, and confidently, both verbally and in writing\n\nHave strong grammar, spelling, and typing skills\n\nAre comfortable navigating multiple computer systems at once\n\nExcel at composing polished, customer-friendly written responses\n\nHave strong math skills, especially with fabric measurements (yards, inches, etc.)\n\nAre highly organized and detail-oriented\n\nThink critically and solve problems with good judgment\n\nKnow when to take initiative and when to escalate appropriately\n\nCan work independently while also contributing positively to a team\n\nLearn products quickly and enjoy recommending solutions that genuinely help customers\n\nAre comfortable in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment\n\nQuilting or fabric knowledge is helpful -
