Working closely with members of the Legal team as well as cross-functional stakeholders, the role will assist with a wide range of matters, including contract drafting and review; management of contract workflows; maintenance of contract templates, playbooks and clause libraries; contract lifecycle management; and legal research.\nA cover letter is required and should highlight your relevant experience and interest in the role.\nThis role is in the office 4 days a week at minimum.\nJob Responsibilities and Duties\nAssist attorneys with contract drafting and review.\nContract administration for a broad range of commercial relationships, including intake, status tracking, execution, storage and reporting.\nManage and update contract templates, contract playbooks, and clause libraries, and identify opportunities to automate, streamline, and improve standard templates and documentation practices.\nTrack contract milestones, renewal dates, notice periods, termination rights, and other critical obligations, and appropriately distribute information to relevant stakeholders.\nServe as a point of contact for contract-related inquiries throughout the business.
