Process\nVerify patient forms with their categories and deposits made\nCollecting cash from patient as per patient admission against bill and providing receiptfor the same\nAccepting deposit through cash, foreign currency, cheque, credit/debit card, NEFT/RTGS and cash\nRefunding amount to patients in case of excess payment\nIP and OP patient billing at ER \nChecking type of patient(TPA, Self Pay, Corporate) and accordingly applying payment deposits\nService posting of transactions and reversal entry for IP like ward procedures, doctor visits, others\nPreparation of OT clearance for planned and unplanned surgeries, emergencies, corporate, TPA and international patients\nConfirming and reconfirming of deposits done by patients\nAdmission of patients at night alongwith billing activities\nChecking discounts applicable as per patient category\nCounseling and explaining patients about the services posted in bill, giving estimation, provisional bill and convincing patient for settlement of bill\nCopy of Provisional Bill and all documentation verification before patient discharge\nExplaining final bill details to patient and solving queries related to charges\nSubmission of patient files and recording their entries\n2\nCash Management\nCounting of currency on every cash transactions\nProper bundling of notes, stamping them and keeping it safe\nEntry in system, tally cash \nCash handover to accounts and finance\nResolving any cash discrepancy\nAccepting cash from all OP counters\nVerification of cash statement from OPD\nVerification of refunds and deposition\n3\nOutstanding Report\nFollow up with floor managers\nCredit bill adjustments and credit payment settlements\nFollow up for self pay credit patients\nHandling emergency billing-OPD and IPD\nEmergency admissions\n4\nData Maintenance\nMaintaining daily consent and concessions by authority\nDaily cash transactions\nAudit of concessions, cash statements and patient files\nEmployee
