Light Shirt, Dark Trouser and Black Shoes are the recommended dress code for drivers.\nTo remain alert to receive calls without keeping the phone in engaged mode at any time during the duty hours.\nTo refuel the vehicle from authorized vendors using fleet card at required frequency.\nTo clean the vehicle from inside and outside during custody of the vehicle and while handover to next driver. Always during custody vehicle must remain clean.\nTo maintain the standard fuel efficiency of vehicle and always drive at safe speed as per vehicle operating manual guidelines\nTo maintain log book and make entry for each trip in book and properly should be handed over to next shift driver along with tallying of odometer in log book and ensuring availability of tool kit and other accessories, and spare wheel etc.\nTo ensure preventive maintenance of vehicle as per specification of vehicle manual\nTo ensure not to carry any items other than authorized inside the vehicle\nTo renew vehicle insurance, fitness certificate and pollution control certificate before its expiry\nTo ensure to carry a valid license as required and ensure self-renewal before its expiry\nTo intimate to the supervisor for any breakdown or damage of the vehicle immediately \nTo report any accident whatsoever small it is to the supervisor immediately.\nDuring off wheel hours to assist in other activities related to auxiliary works in office and other premises as required by Operation team or reporting supervisor.\nTo maintain strict confidentiality of whereabouts, movements and communication of the senior officers travelling in the vehicle as a part of job ethics and integrity\nWhile embarking and exiting the vehicle by senior staff, to asset open the door from outside and also to asset to carry luggage to the desired destination\nTo obey all the traffic rules and behave in extreme decency with public when on duty\nOur vehicles are part of tobacco free area. Anyone using Tobacco in any form should be restricted.\nTo take part in training and drills conducted by organization\nAlways have to be focused, confident and observant with clean driving record.\nTo ensure safety of self and vehicle always. Safe Parking, Defensive Driving, usage of Seatbelt, restricted usage of Mobile etc., is a must.\nThe company driver will be assigned various duties, tasks, and responsibilities other than driving at the different work hours which he has to complete without any mistake.\nDrivers are responsible for inspecting a vehicle prior to leaving the place where the vehicle is supposed to go.
