Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to:\nDaily documentation of equipment, performing housekeeping, maximizing throughput, performing minor maintenance on engines, compressors, separators, generators, flares, dehy’s, VRU’s and coolers, as well as locating pipelines around the compressor station.\nWork with craft personnel to ensure any equipment/system problems are resolved in a timely manner.\nResponsible for operation of compressor stations which may include Caterpillar & Waukesha engines driving Aerial compressors.\nResponsible for troubleshooting abnormal operations, coordinating and monitoring activities of contractor personnel assigned to the area.\nIdentify emergency situations and initiate emergency response procedures.\nComplete and maintain required reports and logs.\nMonitor and adjust, as required or needed, equipment to maintain optimum availability and efficiently.\nThe following Expectations will be used:\nTo provide initial and ongoing training in your work duties and assignments\nTo provide your work progress for the next evaluation period\nTo evaluate your work-related conduct during the course of your employment\nTo provide a 90 day evaluation on employees \nExpectations of Duties, Responsibilities and Standards:\nEfficiently and safely operate natural gas compressor stations and associated midstream equipment\nWork within the guidelines and parameters established by ShalePro Energy Services for safety and operations. Be knowledgeable of company, state and federal regulatory requirements.\nRead and record the amounts natural gas, condensate, and production water/brine received, delivered and consumed\nReport operational temperature and pressure parameters as needed in operating logs.\nObserve and inspect equipment to confirm it is working properly.\nDocument readings such as temperature, pressure and runtime hours\nMonitor and report the availability of the compressor units\nInspect, maintain and repair basic equipment as needed, including but not limited to pipelines, compression and measurement facilities.\nEnsure all field equipment is operating under current emissions guidelines and standards.\nOn-call responsibility for areas of responsibility as needed\nMaintain working knowledge of regulatory requirements (OSHA, DOT etc.) document required regulatory activities.\nProved knowledge and understanding of procedures used requirements\nPlan, organize and prioritize assigned responsibilities and work independently.\nMaintain current safety orientation and understand and follow all PPE requirements\nManage all activities with a focus on safety and compliance\nUse proper tools and equipment to perform integrity management and regulatory tasks on oil or liquids pipelines\nMonitor activity in and around pipeline and facilities and respond as necessary to protect system integrity\nMaintain required forms, records and reports (daily logs, Eam, shift reports)\nUnderstand and support clients reporting procedures for abnormal operations, safety and environmental conditions\nRespond to emergencies, perform cleanup associated with field ops and corrosion control activities\nIncrease communication to client’s supervisors regarding safety and environmental concerns as well as provide potential solutions for corrective actions\nFollow and promote good housekeeping practices and properly maintain equipment and vehicles\nFollow ShalePro Energy Services fatigue program\nRegularly required to lift, move and carry up to 50 pounds \nMust be able to work Days, Nights, Weekends & Holidays\nSkills and Abilities:\nAbility to: \nPerform all essential duties. \nDemonstrate customer service skills. \nRead, write and speak English (work orders, manuals, etc.)\nModel all health, safety and environmental procedures. \nUse computer skills, including vendor specific programs (Cat, Waukesha, Ariel, Murphy, etc.), Internet Explorer and Outlook. \nRegularly complete and submit company required documentation in an accurate and timely fashion. \nRespond to afterhours request on an on-call basis. \nAbility to work 12-16 Hours straight while managing rest during time off.\nMinimum Education and Certification:\n- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.\n- Valid driver's license and a good driving record.\n- Gas or Diesel Mechanics Preferred\nPay/ Benefits:\nEntry Level Starting @ $20 hr.\nAdditional Pay based on Field Related Experience \nBy-Weekly Pays\nMedical\nDental\nVision\nCompany Paid Supplemental Coverage\n401K Matching \nVacation After 90 Days\n7 Paid Holidays\nReferral Bonuses\nOn-Call Pay\nCompany Truck & Fuel Card\nOvertime opportunities \nThis job description is a summary of essential job functions.
