This role focuses on turning inbound and outbound opportunities into scheduled inspections and closed projects. If you know the roofing industry and thrive in a goal-driven environment, we’d love to hear from you.\nWhat You’ll Do\nMake outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to generate roofing and exterior project opportunities\nAnswer inbound calls from homeowners, qualify leads, and convert inquiries into scheduled inspections and sales opportunities\nFollow up on leads, estimates, and open opportunities to maximize close rates\nGuide homeowners through Shamrock’s roofing products, services, and the insurance claims process\nIdentify customer needs and recommend the best roofing solutions\nConsistently meet or exceed individual sales goals and key performance metrics\nAccurately document all customer interactions and sales activity in our CRM\nCoordinate with Roofing Project Managers to ensure a smooth handoff after the sale\nMaintain professional communication by phone, email, and text\nStay current on company products, promotions, and industry knowledge\nPerform other duties as assigned\nCompensation & Benefits\nBase salary: $40,000-$45,000, depending on experience\nUncapped commission on every closed sale\nMedical, dental, and vision insurance after 30 days (effective the first of the following month)\nPTO accrual after 30 days\n401(k) eligibility after six months\nSchedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m., with a one-hour lunch; Saturdays as needed\nAll new hires are subject to a 90-day introductory period\nRequirements\n 1-2 years of roofing sales experience OR 1-2 years of insurance adjuster experience (required)\nWorking knowledge of residential roofing systems and the homeowner insurance claims process\nResidential (B2C) sales or customer-facing experience\nProven track record of meeting or exceeding goals\nStrong closing, objection-handling, and relationship-building skills\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills\nComfortable using CRM systems, Google Workspace, and basic spreadsheets\nHighly organized with strong time management and follow-up skills\nSelf-motivated, competitive, and results-oriented\nStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detail\nEqual Opportunity Employer\nShamrock Roofing & Construction participates in the E-Verify Program for I-9 verification.
