We’re looking for a YouTube Creative Director who can work closely with established business owners, YouTube entrepreneurs, business coaches, and content creators to create killer content that drives engagement and business growth.\nYou’ll be part of the core team and you’ll be an active collaborator in content ideation, planning, and execution, ensuring every piece aligns with the business owner's brand and business goals.\nWhat You’ll Be Doing\nWork directly with the CEO and team to shape the video content roadmap\n\nDevelop and refine content ideas that align with business owner’s brand and business goals; Work directly with the CEO and team to shape the video content roadmap\n\nHelp with content creation, from ideation to execution, ensuring high-quality output [Help write scripts, edit videos, create social media posts, and long-form content while maintaining the client’s voice]\n\nResearch and integrate YouTube growth strategies into content planning\n\nCollaborate with the production team to optimize content for YouTube algorithms; Analyze content performance and adjust strategies to maximize engagement and conversions\n\nDevelop video concepts from initial brainstorming through scriptwriting and production planning.\n\nAssist on ad hoc tasks including but not limited to: Creating presentations using Miro, Google Slides, or similar tools that translate client’s ideas into visually engaging narratives.\n\nWhat We’re Looking For\nNon-Negotiables\nProven experience leading YouTube creative strategy or managing a high-growth channel\n\nDeep understanding of YouTube culture, algorithm, and audience psychology\n\nExcellent communication and leadership skills\n\nAbility to visualize and execute engaging presentations\n\nData-driven and analytical, but also intuitive and trend-aware\n\nComfort with fluid schedules and occasional urgent requests\n\nBonus Points If You Have:\nBackground in marketing, branding, or viral content creation\n\nYou're organized enough to manage multiple projects but flexible enough to pivot when inspiration (or urgent client needs) strikes.\n\nKnowledge of YouTube marketing, SEO, and monetization strategies\n\nExperience managing and growing YouTube accounts\n\nWe value diverse perspectives and experiences.\nIf you connect with this role but don't check every box, we still encourage you to apply.
