Someone with an attitude to deliver and a passion to delight.\nJob Description\nWelcome and greet guests upon arrival.\nEscort and seat guests according to seating arrangements.\nManage restaurant reservations and booking enquiries.\nPresent menus and assist guests with menu information.\nTake beverage orders when required.\nMaintain and update guest history and preferences database.\nCommunicate VIP arrivals and special requests to the service team.\nPromote the restaurant and hotel dining outlets.\nPrepare and organize menus before service.\nEnsure the hostess desk and reception area are clean and organized.\nMonitor table allocation and optimize seating arrangements.\nAssist in resetting and clearing tables when necessary.\nEnsure adequate stock of menus and operational supplies.\nHandle guest enquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.\nAttend departmental briefings, meetings, and training sessions.\nMaintain high standards of guest service and hospitality.\nWork closely with Kitchen, Bar, and Stewarding teams to ensure smooth operations.\nJob Requirements\nGood communication and interpersonal skills.\nCustomer service-oriented with a friendly and pleasant personality.\nAbility to communicate confidently with guests.\nKnowledge of Food & Beverage operations and restaurant service.\nStrong organizational and multitasking skills.\nAble to handle reservations and guest requests efficiently.\nProfessional grooming and appearance.\nAbility to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.\nTeam player with a positive attitude.\nGood problem-solving and complaint-handling skills.\nFlexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.\nGood command of English;
