DUTIES
Under the general guidance and supervision of the Director of Engineering and within the limits established by Makati Shangri-La Hotel Manila policies, procedures and Engineering Manual, supports the Director of Engineering in the performance of all his duties and provides all necessary assistance and information specially in the repair and maintenance of Kitchen/Laundry section, Building, Heart of the House areas and all F&B outlets and function rooms.
REQUIREMENTS
- Oral and written fluency in English.
- Graduate of a Mechanical Engineering bachelor's degree course.
- Professional Electrical Engineer (PEE) or Mechanical Engineer (PME).
- 2 years as Repair & Maintenance Engineer in a similar size hotel.
- 10 years of experience in the field of Engineering.
- Self-starter, team builder, goal-oriented.
- Tactful and sensitive to employee needs.
- Positive role model with good sense of humor.
- Local package offered.
