You will work closely with a diverse, multinational team, serving as both a technical expert and occasional team leader for small project groups.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n* Software Development & Maintenance: Develop and maintain software solutions using Node.js, React, Go, AWS, and Kubernetes.\n\n* Feature Design & Implementation: Design and implement features, ensuring code quality, scalability, and performance.\n\n* Cross-Functional Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Design, Product, QA, etc.) to deliver end-to-end solutions.\n\n* Team Leadership: Occasionally run small teams, providing guidance, mentorship, and support.\n\n* Stakeholder Coordination: Coordinate with stakeholders and clients, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.\n\n* Project Planning & Architectural Discussions: Contribute to project planning and architectural discussions.\n\nAdditional Responsibilities:\n\n* Data Cross-Border Management: Develop infrastructure, technologies, and logic for managing data exchange between Europe and China while complying with Chinese regulations.\n\n* Regulatory Compliance: Provide technical support to ensure compliance with the China Cybersecurity Law (CSL) and Data Security Law (DSL).\n\n* MLPS Certification: Assist in obtaining and maintaining MLPS certification.\n\n* ICP Record Management: Support the obtaining, management, and maintenance of ICP Records.\n\n* OTA Updates: Define and implement technical architecture for vehicle OTA updates.\n\n* Geo-Data Management: Develop infrastructure and technologies for managing geo-data on cloud platforms, including backend component development and integration with local providers.\n\n* MQTT Integration: Integrate MQTT for real-time telemetry data from vehicles while ensuring compliance with Chinese regulations.\n\n* Video Management: Implement logic for managing videos on the backend platform, ensuring compliance with regulations related to obfuscation and anonymization.\n\nQualifications and Skills:\n\n1. Technical Skills:\n\n * Solid experience in Node.js, React, Go, AWS, and Kubernetes.\n\n * Understanding of modern software architecture, microservices, and cloud-native development.\n\n * Plus: Exposure to “Connected Vehicle” environments and the automotive software tech stack.\n\n2. Communication & Leadership:\n\n * Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.\n\n * Comfortable working in a multinational and multicultural environment.\n\n * Proven track record as a self-starter and ability to stay organized under dynamic project requirements.\n\n * Experience of managing small teams or mentoring junior developers.\n\n3.
