Since 1954, we have delivered comprehensive engineering and environmental solutions for the most challenging infrastructure planning, design, permitting and construction conditions.\nWe are dedicated to improving our communities, preserving the environment and utilizing the most innovative science practices in all our work.\nResponsibilities:\nPrepare high quality Prime and subconsultant Proposals and SF 330’s.\nOrganize and coordinate elements of complex proposals with limited supervision.\nWork with technical staff on go/no-go forms.\nAttend pre-proposal meetings and document debrief sessions.\nAssist with in-house win strategy sessions and shortlist interview preparation.\nCreate and maintain marketing materials such as resumes, biographies, project descriptions, project photographs, and collateral materials.\nResearch and communicate potential business leads and pursuits and prepare weekly reports.\nPerform input, maintenance, and templates for Cosential database.\nMaintain client relationship management (CRM) information.\nCreate advertisements, graphics, and sales-related metrics, documents, and records.\nCoordinate special events (e.g., conferences/exhibits).\nPlan, conduct, and coordinate awards submissions and presentations, press releases, and articles in trade publications, local media, and company website and social media.\nInteract with and facilitate communications with clients, vendors, and staff at all levels.\nAssist with preparation of engineering reports, permit applications, proposals, and other documents. \nFollow Shannon & Wilson’s Quality Assurance policy.\nFollow and promote Shannon & Wilson’s Health & Safety and Loss Prevention policies and procedures.\nPerform other duties as assigned by your supervisor.\nRequirements\nBachelor’s degree in marketing, journalism, communications, or related field.\n0 - 4 years of marketing experience with an Architectural/Engineering/ Construction services firm.\nStrong analytical and organizational skills, with an ability to multi-task and manage time effectively.\nExcellent writing, proofreading, editing, organizational, and communication skills. \nPersonable, flexible, and professional demeanor. \nThe ability to work independently with the appropriate level of supervision. \nThe willingness and ability to travel to support the needs of other Shannon & Wilson offices. \nA valid driver license and insurable driving record. \nBasic computer skills: MS Word, Excel (required); MS Access (desirable). \nMarketing computer skills: Cosential (required). \nFrequent sitting, standing, and walking (with or without accommodations) \nLevel Placement\nTypically, depending on an applicant’s education, experience, overall abilities, alignment with the needs of the company and local office culture, and the current business needs, an Entry-Level Marketing Coordinator typically would be placed at a Shannon & Wilson Office Services I, II, or III level.\nCompensation:\nOffice Services I: $23.00 -
