Great - we’d love to hear from you!\nThe Role\nWe’re looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Operations Associate to join our team.You’ll be responsible for leading the operational elements of DM campaigns for well-known consumer brands, providing expertise in organizational skills. We’re a startup, so we’re looking for someone with an entrepreneurial spirit, passion for marketing, and enthusiasm for working with clients. In particular, you’ll be responsible for:\nHelping to manage day-to-day operations and execution for one of our major product lines, including management of client calendars, collection of artwork, organization of mail/production plans, proofreading, and coordination of final sign-off before printing\nDay to day communication with clients, design, and production, with the dual goals of ensuring mailings go out on time + are executed flawlessly \nHelping with special company projects as needed: Accounts Receivable, Recruiting, HR, CRM Management, etc.\nRequirements:\nUp to 1 year of professional work experience, preferably in marketing, sales, logistics, or operations, with client-facing experience valued \nStrong organizational, and communication skills \nIncredible attention to detail\nStrong sense of urgency and great time management skills, with the ability to hit hard deadlines \nSelf-starter and problem-solver with a get-it-done attitude\nPassion for a client facing, multi-faceted role \nThe ability to work independently and manage relationships\nWhat we offer:\nBase salary for this position is $62,500.\nHybrid role based out of our NYC office\nCareer ownership and growth opportunities\nFlexible vacation policy\nRobust benefits package\nA fun culture including: catered meals, team events, and happy hours\nThe opportunity to work with a group of passionate, humble, and kind team members\nIf you’re looking to be part of something new that is transforming an industry, this is the role for you.
