To date, Sharebite has donated over 20 million meals.\nAbout the Role\nAs an Enterprise Growth Partner, you will focus on establishing partnerships with large, dynamic customers with desires to feed their large and potentially growing workforce. As a key member of the sales team, you will position yourself as a trusted advisor that empowers and enables our clients by coaching them on the set of products and solutions that Sharebite offers.\nCandidates based in Los Angeles, Chicago, and New York City preferred. Candidates should expect semi-regular travel to attend onsite meetings, events, and other in-person business needs.\nWhat You’ll Do\nEstablish and develop a strategy for identifying and closing net-new sales opportunities\nOwn the prospecting process in partnership with our sales development team to identify the best path to engagement and initiating the sales cycle\nCollaborate and lead the successful execution of sales activities through contract negotiation & closing with internal/external stakeholders\nTarget buyer personas and stakeholders (primarily HR / People, Workplace Experience Teams, Benefits, and Finance) that are looking for solutions to their current workplace challenges or desires\nServe as the voice of the customer and collect feedback to drive continuous improvement across all areas of the product\nRequired Skills and Experience\nVerifiable record of top performance in a full cycle B2B sales role with 5+ years selling to Enterprise clients\nExperience selling to HR, benefit, workplace, and finance leaders\nExperience with a solutions-focused sale is a plus (primarily SaaS)\nMust be data-driven and a dynamic thinker with business acumen to build value\nExperience presenting and selling to C level executives\nStrong attention to process and the technical aspects of the Sharebite platform\nHighly proficient with productivity/sales tools, including Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, Sales Navigator, Excel, and G-suite\nAbility to be flexible, adaptive, resilient, and gritty\nAt Sharebite, we are committed to providing competitive pay and benefits that are in line with industry and market standards. The base compensation range for this role is $100k - $120k per year (OTE: $180k - $300k with uncapped commission), however actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate including but not limited to skill set, years & depth of experience, and location.
