Due to continued growth and project success, Shareridge is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team. This key position involves overseeing a utilities and public realm construction project in Tralee, County Kerry.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead on-site operations, ensuring the highest standards of Health, Safety, Quality, and Environmental compliance
- Manage and coordinate all site activities to meet project timelines and contractual requirements
- Oversee commercial and operational aspects of daily site activities
- Liaise with client representatives and stakeholders to ensure clear communication and delivery
- Manage direct labour and subcontractor teams
- Lead and support a multidisciplinary project team including engineering, commercial, planning, and HSQE personnel
- Oversee material procurement and supply chain coordination
Ideal Candidate:
- Minimum 5+ years' experience in a similar role, ideally in utilities and/or public realm projects
- Knowledge of Public Works Contracts (PWC) is an advantage
- Engineering qualification desirable but not essential
- Proven leadership, organisational, and communication skills
- Strong project management and IT skills
- Experience managing client relationships from project initiation through to completion
- Effective at resolving challenges and negotiating solutions
