This role is focused on Excel and data cleanup, and is suited to someone who is comfortable working with large amounts of data, checking information for accuracy, and following established processes.\nThis is a 6-month project-based role with high potential for an extension.\n\nWhat are you expected to do?\nMaintain accurate client and asset records through rigorous data cleanup, including correcting contract dates, merging duplicate client profiles, and decommissioning inactive billing cards and asset types.\nConduct regular audits of contract details, including start and end dates, rates, and schedules, ensuring alignment with billing systems.\nManage client and property data integrity, specifically identifying redundant contacts, validating property routines, and updating asset descriptions.\nStandardize system information by collating common remarks and responses, and migrating notes to the correct locations within Uptick.\nAmend client references to ensure consistency with the Billing Card (customer account number) in Wiise.\nSupport ongoing operational data entry, including creating asset registers for new sites, processing new tenders, and updating pricing databases.\nAssist in acquisition-related data migrations.\nAnalyze historical task data to optimize scheduling by updating expected time-on-site metrics.\nProvide data entry support for A1 information updates.\n\nYou'll be a great fit if:\nYou have 1-3 years of experience in data entry or data analysis, or you are a fresh graduate with data-related experience from capstone projects, theses, or OJT.\nYou have strong attention to detail and accuracy when working with data.\nYou are comfortable working with spreadsheets, databases, and online systems.\nYou can review information carefully and identify missing or incomplete data.\nYou are organised and able to manage multiple data-related tasks.\nYou can follow processes and maintain accurate records.\nYou are comfortable working independently and completing tasks within deadlines.\nYou are comfortable working with data and performing routine, repetitive tasks.\nYou have strong written communication and basic problem-solving skills.\nYou are comfortable learning new systems and software and are willing to be trained on tools such as Uptick and Wiise.\nYou are willing to work from Monday to Friday (7AM to 4PM Manila Time).\nPlease note: This role is remote; however, we require candidates to be based locally in the Philippines. This is to support occasional onsite activities such as team events, client meetings, or equipment handover.
