With our brand and culture empowering our partners to attract and keep the most qualified members, we share the knowledge to unleash potential and grow scaling teams for Australian and Canadian businesses.\nhttps://www.sharesource.com.au/\nWhat are we looking for?\nWe are looking for a Site Reliability Engineer who will help ensure that customer environments running on the organization platforms (ARC and Fusion) operate reliably across Microsoft Azure infrastructure and Cloudflare edge services.\nIn this role, you will help maintain the availability, performance, and security of customer websites, ensuring they consistently meet or exceed agreed performance, availability, and support SLAs. You will also play a key role in responding to operational issues, communicating clearly with customers, identifying root causes, and contributing to continuous improvements across the platform.\nWhat are you expected to do?\nCustomer Platform Support and Incident ManagementProvide technical support for customer environments deployed using organization ARC and Fusion within Microsoft Azure.\n\nOwn and resolve support requests raised through Zendesk, ensuring issues are investigated thoroughly and resolved efficiently.\n\nRespond rapidly to production incidents affecting customer websites or infrastructure.\n\nInvestigate and troubleshoot issues across Azure infrastructure, networking, deployments and application environments.\n\nAssist customers with configuration and operational questions related to organization ARC and Fusion deployments.\n\nPerform root cause analysis following incidents and contribute preventative improvements where possible.\n\nCollaborate with customer development teams when application-level issues are identified.\n\nMaintain operational documentation, troubleshooting guides and knowledge base articles along with accurate time tracking and detailed troubleshooting notes in Zendesk.\n\nIdentify opportunities to automate operational tasks or improve support processes.\n\nPlatformFeedback an Continuous ImprovementWork closely with the Product and Development teams to provide feedback on platform behaviour, operational challenges and improvement opportunities.\n\nIdentify recurring operational issues that could be resolved through improvements to ARC or Fusion automation.\n\nAssist with troubleshooting platform issues and support proof-of-concept work or hotfixes where operational expertise is required.\n\nSupport initiatives that improve platform reliability while reducing operational complexity.\n\nYou’ll be a great fit if:\nYou have 3+ years of experience in DevOps, cloud operations, infrastructure support, or site reliability roles.\n\nYou have hands-on experience operating Microsoft Azure environments in production.\n\nYou have experience supporting enterprise web platforms or digital experience platforms such as Sitecore or similar .NET-based solutions.\n\nYou hold, or are working toward, the Microsoft AZ-400 DevOps Engineer certification (highly desirable).\n\nIt would be a plus if:\nYou have strong troubleshooting capabilities across Microsoft Azure infrastructure, networking, and application platforms.\n\nYou have experience with PowerShell scripting, particularly with Az PowerShell modules.\n\nYou have experience creating and managing Azure resources, including:Azure RBAC\n\nApp Services\n\nFunction Apps\n\nAzure SQL PaaS\n\nAzure Front Door\n\nVirtual Networks\n\nYou have experience managing Cloudflare DNS, security, and caching configurations.\n\nYou are proficient with Git and enterprise branching strategies.\n\nYou have experience securing applications and DevOps pipelines using Azure Key Vault and Entra ID.\n\nYou have experience managing CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.\n\nYou have experience working with Infrastructure as Code tools such as ARM templates, YAML, Bicep, or Terraform.\n\nYou have experience with monitoring platforms such as Azure Monitor, Application Insights, or Grafana.\n\nYou have experience using operational tools such as Zendesk, Confluence, and Lucid.\n\nYou personally:\nA strong, proactive communicator who can multitask and manage tasks based on sound judgment of priorities.\n\nTakes ownership of tasks and provides consistent, proactive updates to the team and customers.\n\nPassionate about cloud infrastructure and platform reliability.\n\nUnderstands that uptime and performance are critical for production websites.\n\nEnjoys solving complex technical problems.\n\nDemonstrates a strong mindset toward automation and continuous operational improvement.\n\nWhat you gain beyond the role:\nRemote + Hybrid Flexibility: Enjoy the best of both worlds-collaborative office days when it counts, balanced with the freedom to work from home.\n\nAchieve Work-Life Balance and Flexibility: Work in an environment where you’re trusted and empowered to work independently, while still having the support you need to deliver your best. You will undergo an initial interview, a culture interview, and 1-2 interviews with our cool client. This will run for about 3-4 weeks but we will let you know if we need to ramp it up.
