This role provides leadership in solution design, ensuring that projects are scalable, secure, and aligned with client requirements as well as the organization’s standards.\nThe Solutions Architect partners with consultants, engineers, and clients to translate requirements into robust technical architectures and to guide successful delivery.\nWhat are you expected to do?\nSolution Design & ArchitectureLead the design of complex CRM migration projects, integrations, and custom solutions.\nTranslate business and functional requirements into high-level technical designs and architecture.\nEnsure all solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with best practices.\nCreate solution design documentation, including diagrams, workflows, and technical specifications.\n\n Technical Leadership & CollaborationProvide technical direction and oversight to Solutions Engineers and development teams.\nCollaborate with consultants to shape proposals and Statements of Work (SoWs).\nValidate technical feasibility and advise on risks, dependencies, and alternative approaches.\nSupport sales and pre-sales processes by contributing technical expertise in client discussions.\n\nGovernance & Quality AssuranceEnsure solutions comply with ISO27001 and other relevant security and compliance standards.\nParticipate in code reviews, design reviews, and quality assurance checks.\nMonitor solution implementation to ensure alignment with architectural intent.\nProvide input into continuous improvement of technical standards, patterns, and frameworks.\n\nInnovation & Knowledge SharingStay up to date with emerging technologies, tools, and industry trends.\nIdentify opportunities for innovation in client solutions and internal practices.\nContribute to internal knowledge bases, training, and capability development.\nAct as a subject matter expert for complex technical challenges across the business.\n\nYou’ll be a great fit if:\nYou have a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).\nYou have a minimum of 7 years’ experience in technical consulting, solution design, or architecture roles.\nYou have strong expertise in CRM platforms, with HubSpot experience highly advantageous.\nYou have demonstrated experience designing enterprise-level solutions involving complex integrations, APIs, and custom development.\nYou have familiarity with front-end and back-end frameworks and modern web technologies.\nYou have a strong understanding of cloud architectures and integration patterns.\nYou have a proven ability to lead technical teams and provide architectural guidance.\nYou have excellent documentation skills, including the ability to produce clear and comprehensive design artefacts.\nYou have strong communication skills and can present technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.\nYou have knowledge of ISO27001 or other information security frameworks (advantageous).\nYou are willing to work Monday to Friday (7:00 AM to 4:00 PM Manila time; will follow DST as well).\nSuccess Measures:\nHigh-quality solution designs delivered consistently for client projects.\nPositive client feedback on solution architecture and technical expertise.\nEffective collaboration with consultants, engineers, and delivery teams.\nSolutions implemented on time, within scope, and aligned to design intent.\nDemonstrated improvements to internal standards and solution frameworks.\nContribution to capability building and knowledge sharing across the technical team.\nWhat you gain beyond the role:\nRemote + Hybrid Flexibility: Enjoy the best of both worlds-collaborative office days when it counts, balanced with the freedom to work from home.\nAchieve Work-Life Balance and Flexibility: Work in an environment where you’re trusted and empowered to work independently, while still having the support you need to deliver your best.
