This role includes full P&L responsibility of the country, team leadership, and the development of local market strategies across Service Business, Photo Distribution, and Thermal Transfer Ribbon activities.\nResponsibilities and Activities\nStrategic & Business Leadership\nDevelop and execute the country strategy across all business units.\n\nEnsure profitability and sustainable growth of the local office.\n\nMonitor and optimize financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.\n\nTeam & Operations Management\nLead and manage cross-functional teams (sales, operations, and other service).\n\nFoster a high-performance culture and ensure team alignment with group business goals.\n\nOversee recruitment, training, and development of local staff closely with the HRBP.\n\nSales & Market Development\nDrive sales performance and market penetration across all product lines.\n\nIdentify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships.\n\nMaintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.\n\nOperational Excellence\nEnsure efficient and high-quality service delivery across all activities.\n\nImplement and monitor KPIs to track performance and customer satisfaction.\n\nGuarantee compliance with internal policies and external regulations.\n\nReporting & Communication\nProvide regular reporting to the regional and group leadership.\n\nRepresent the company in external meetings, trade shows, and industry events.\n\nThe above duties are not limited or exhaustive. Master's degree preferred.\nExperience: 8+ years in in business management, preferably in event services, photo distribution, or technology-driven sectors. Proven leadership in managing multi disciplinary teams and business units.
