Working under the Senior International Direct Sales Manager, the role combines strategic account management, business development, commercial management, and cross functional collaboration to deliver sustainable business growth. The position also supports management by providing reliable business analysis, identifying opportunities and risks, and preparing well-founded commercial recommendations to facilitate informed business decisions.\nResponsibilities and Activities\nStrategic Account Management\nDevelop and execute strategic account plans for assigned international customers.\n\nBuild and maintain long-term relationships with senior customer stakeholders.\n\nIdentify opportunities to expand business within existing accounts.\n\nAct as the primary commercial interface between customers and internal teams.\n\nEnsure a high level of customer satisfaction.\n\nConduct Quarterly Business Reviews and Annual Business Reviews.\n\nBusiness Development\nIdentify and develop new international business opportunities.\n\nProspect and develop new strategic accounts.\n\nParticipate in international trade shows, customer events, and industry exhibitions.\n\nSupport new product launches and commercial initiatives.\n\nSales & Commercial Management\nAchieve agreed sales objectives.\n\nPrepare commercial proposals and pricing recommendations.\n\nNegotiate commercial agreements within delegated authority.\n\nMonitor customer performance and profitability.\n\nImplement corrective actions when required.\n\nPrepare sales forecasts, budgets, and business reviews.\n\nCross-functional Collaboration\nCoordinate activities with Japan Headquarters, overseas subsidiaries, Marketing, Product Management, Operations, Technical Support, Finance, and Legal.\n\nRepresent the Voice of the Customer within the organization.\n\nThe above duties are not limited or exhaustive.
