If you believe the best way to do your job hasn’t been invented yet, you’ll fit right in.\nPosition summary\nMaintain accurate supplier invoices and timely payments, support supplier master controls and direct material sales accounting, and deliver reliable accounts payable (AP) closing and audit documentation.\nKey responsibilities\nInvoices and payments: Review supplier invoices, prepare weekly payment schedules, and arrange payments based on approvals.\nSupplier reconciliation: Resolve invoice and payment issues with Supply Chain and suppliers. Reconcile key supplier accounts monthly.\nSupplier master controls: Monitor new supplier setup and master data changes for policy compliance and supporting approval records.\nDirect material sales: Process sales invoices, monitor collections, and perform DMP reconciliations.\nClosing and audit: Prepare AP aging reports, open AP reports, and accruals. Provide AP and accounting documentation for audits.\nControls and improvement: Follow internal controls and SOX requirements, improve processes, and support other finance duties.\nQualifications\nBachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.\nAt least two years of accounting experience.\nExperience in AP invoice processing, payments, and supplier reconciliations.\nERP and spreadsheet skills.\nKnowledge of supplier master controls, SOX requirements, and audit documentation.\nAccuracy, timely delivery, and effective supplier communication.\nOur Culture\nAt SharkNinja, we don’t just raise the bar-we push past it every single day.
