Establish supplier performance assessment standards, measure supplier performance to ensure the supplier's performance is up to requirement.\nResponsible for contacting and negotiating with suppliers, including pricing benchmarking & negotiation, payment terms negotiation, drafting and signing of framework contract & NDA agreement, etc.\nTake appropriate emergency actions or follow up as required to resolve contractual disputes with suppliers.\nKeep abreast of the price changes of raw materials market and the application situation of the industry and share with the team in a timely manner to improve the cost performance of products.\nSearch for alternative materials and alternative suppliers of purchased goods.\nPrepare and enhance relevant procedures and management documents of purchasing department.\nCommunicate and deal with the abnormality of incoming material quality and quantity after sale.\nResponsible and ensure that all purchasing actions are taken in accordance with relevant policies, regulations and ethics.\nATTRIBUTES & SKILLS:\n10+ years and above of experience in Small home appliance industry.\nKnowledge/Experience of electronic products, small home appliances related manufacturing process, Strong background & experience in EE components (MCU, ICs etc) purchasing.\nExcellent communication, Interpersonal & effective negotiation skills\nTeamwork orientated, self-motivated & able to work Independently\nStrong supplier quality, project management & mechanical & electrical engineering background\nHigh work ethic and attitude\nHardworking and flexible working time\nAble to work in a very fast paced environment as a team member\nGood communication in English, written and oral, is a MUST.
