If you believe the best way to do your job hasn’t been invented yet, you’ll fit right in.\nSenior Manager, HR Business Partner, Marketing & Creative\nAs a Senior Manager, HR Business Partner, you will play a critical role in shaping the employee experience and driving business outcomes through HR leadership for our Marketing & Creative team members. You will partner closely with business leaders in our New York City office to align people plans with organizational goals, build a high-performance culture, and support talent development in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment. You will also help our teams use AI tools in their everyday work, so you will be expected to lead by example.\nKey Responsibilities\nPartner closely with Marketing leaders as their HR partner\n\nServe as the main point of contact for NYC team members on questions about benefits, payroll, training, and other HR topics.\n\nMaintain employee records for the NYC office, including ensuring new hire paperwork is completed and records are filed and retained in line with records retention requirements.\nManage the full team member hiring experience, including creating requisitions, serving on interview panels, preparing offer letters, and conducting new hire orientations.\nBuild organizational design models and change management plans that keep team structures effective across the business.\nDesign and deliver training and development programs for NYC or Boston team members, identifying solutions for specific team needs and building leadership skills.\nServe as a strategic advisor to senior leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, and talent management.\nLead and execute HR initiatives that support business objectives, including performance management, employee engagement, and succession planning.\nPartner with Centers of Excellence (COEs), the HR teams focused on Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, and Total Rewards, to deliver integrated HR solutions.\nChampion SharkNinja’s culture and values, ensuring a consistent and inclusive employee experience.\nUse Claude and other AI tools to analyze HR data, draft communications and materials, and streamline routine work, and share practical approaches with colleagues.\nAnalyze HR metrics and trends to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.\nSupport change management and organizational transformation initiatives.\nQualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree or HR certification preferred.\n5+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 3 years in a strategic HR business partner role.\nFluency with Claude or other AI tools, or a demonstrated ability to learn them quickly and apply them to HR work.\nStrong ability to learn new tools, processes, and ways of working as the business evolves.\nGrowth mindset, with a desire to solve problems and keep improving.\nExcellent attention to detail and a highly organized approach to managing multiple priorities and deadlines.\nProven ability to influence and build strong relationships with senior leaders.\nAbility to manage both tactical and strategic work, moving with speed to execute on critical priorities.\nStrong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.\nWillingness to be an active part of the NYC team, bringing energy and a collaborative presence to in-office work.\nExperience in a high-growth, matrixed (a structure where people report to more than one leader), or global organization is a strong asset.\nAbility to travel to Needham, MA as needed, up to 10% of the time.\nOur Culture\nAt SharkNinja, we don’t just raise the bar-we push past it every single day.
