If you believe the best way to do your job hasn’t been invented yet, you’ll fit right in.\nSenior Program Manager, Software-Enabled Products (Engineering)\nAbout the Role\nSharkNinja is looking for a self-motivated Senior Program Manager to join our Engineering group on software-enabled consumer products. The SPM is the glue across the team, aligning project direction and decision points with leaders in product, software, hardware, QA, supply chain, and marketing. You will partner with engineering managers and tech leads, sharing joint responsibility for getting products to market. The SPM owns the what and when; engineering owns the how.\nYou will explain complex technical topics to non-technical stakeholders and engage in technical detail with the team, including architecture trade-offs, release scope, and dependencies between firmware, apps, cloud services, and hardware.\nWhat You’ll Do\nAlign global teams on product direction, feature priorities, and scope trade-offs (right product).\nOwn integrated plans across software, firmware, hardware, and certification workstreams, and keep schedules on track against launch and retailer dates (right time).\nLead release planning: scope cutoffs, code freeze, QA exit criteria, beta programs, and go/no-go decisions.\nTrack cross-team and vendor dependencies and risks, escalating early with options.\nKeep global stakeholders informed on status, key issues, and decisions needed.\nPartner with engineering managers on release cadence, backlog health, and delivery metrics.\nManage project budget and resourcing.\nWhat You’ll Bring\n5+ years in program or project management, or in a technical role leading software or product delivery.\nExperience running projects through the full lifecycle, from concept through launch and post-launch support, ideally on connected or software-enabled consumer products.\nWorking knowledge of software delivery: Agile/Scrum or Kanban, release management, CI/CD concepts, and how firmware, mobile, and cloud components integrate.\nEngineering or computer science background (software, embedded, or electrical).\nAbility to understand technical trade-offs (architecture, technical debt, test coverage, OTA updates) and explain them clearly to executives.\nProficiency with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps, plus strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.\nRegular presentations to senior stakeholders. Board or executive team experience is a plus.\nHands-on, flexible, collaborative, with a positive and entrepreneurial approach in a fast-paced environment.\nNice to Have\nExperience with IoT or smart connected devices, product certification and compliance (e.g., UL, FCC, cybersecurity requirements), budget management, and data-driven delivery metrics.\nAbility to speak Mandarin\nSalary and Other Compensation: The annual salary range for this position is displayed below.
