You'll be the glue that connects Engineering, Design, Marketing, Supply Chain, and our global partners, so the right product reaches the market at the right time.\nHow the role works\nYou own the what: the product direction, scope, and schedule. Your design manager and engineering partners own the how. Together you're jointly accountable for:\nDelivering 5 products: best-in-class products that delight consumers\nThe right product: global teams aligned on project direction\nThe right time: schedules that are current, on track, and meet retailer requirements\nFull transparency: stakeholders informed and bought in on status, issues, and risks\nWhat you'll do\nAlign daily with Engineering on tasks and deliverables\nBuild project plans and lead internal team meetings\nTrack and drive technical issues to closure in JIRA\nTranslate complex technical challenges into clear updates for non-technical, cross-functional teams\nSupport the project team with hands-on technical activities\nSupport legacy products day to day and prepare updates for executive reviews\nWhat you'll bring\nEssential\n2+ years in project management or engineering (project management preferred)\nExperience working with software teams\nExperience managing projects through the full lifecycle, ideally in plastics or consumer products\nTechnical understanding of manufacturing processes and their limits\nStrong presentation and communication skills, with the listening and influencing skills to build collaborative relationships\nExperience with Jira and Confluence\nProficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint\nA hands-on work ethic and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, challenging environment\nDesirable\nExperience presenting to senior stakeholders, such as the executive team or board\nBudget management experience\nSalary and Other Compensation: The annual salary range for this position is displayed below.
